Qigong is a straightforward practice. It doesn’t require any apparatus. All you need is your presence and dedicated time. The exercises are a combination of resistance training, stretching and gentle meditative movements. The intensity of the workout is custom because the resistance is your own body weight. They are low impact exercises that can be performed everyday on your own or with a group.
Daoyin QIgong is a balanced compliment of therapeutic exercises, strength training and stretching focused on the development of functional core movement fitness and health.
